Thank you for shopping with The Wedding Missy.

All products sold through The Wedding Missy are digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, wedding stationery templates, invitations, signage, planning templates, editable Canva templates, digital downloads, and other downloadable design products.

Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.

Digital Products & No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, previews, included files, formats, compatibility information, and any available instructions before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds because you:

  • Changed your mind after purchasing;

  • Purchased the wrong product;

  • No longer need the product;

  • Did not read the product description before purchasing;

  • Purchased a product that is incompatible with software or services that were not specified as compatible;

  • Have already downloaded or accessed the digital product.

Before Downloading

If you believe you have purchased the wrong product or have another issue with your order, please contact us before downloading or accessing the files.

We will review your situation and, where appropriate, may offer a solution at our discretion.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

We want you to receive exactly what you purchased.

If a file is corrupted, the download does not work, you receive the wrong product, or there is a technical issue with the digital product that prevents you from accessing or using it as described, please contact us at ido@theweddingmissy.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file, corrected file, or updated download.

If we are unable to provide the digital product in the form advertised, you may be entitled to a refund where required by applicable consumer law.

Editable Templates

For products advertised as editable templates, you are responsible for having the required software, account, device, or application needed to edit the product.

For example, if a product is advertised as a Canva template, you will need access to Canva to edit it.

Please check the individual product listing for specific requirements before purchasing.

EU/EEA Customers

Where applicable under consumer protection law, digital content supplied immediately after purchase may be subject to statutory rights.

For digital content supplied immediately, customers may be asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital product and acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download or access begins, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
